Who may you hire for a flexi-job?

Flexi-jobs are especially for:

pensioners, and
employees who already work at least 4/5 for someone other than you. Specifically, your flexi-employee must have worked at least 4/5 in the third quarter preceding the flexi-job.

You are not allowed to:

hire one of your own staff in a flexi job during his or her notice period,
hire someone in a flexi-job who has 4/5 or more employment within a related company (related companies are for example a parent and subsidiary company, or companies that together form a consortium because they are under central management),
hire someone in a flexi-job who already works for you under another employment relationship, or
hire someone in a flexi-job who reduced his or her labour volume by moving from 100% (in the 4th quarter preceding the flexi-job) to 80% (in the 3rd quarter preceding the flexi-job). This ban applies for 2 quarters.
