JAGUMA BV is committed to protect your personal data and to protect your privacy.
In this privacy statement we want to give clear and transparent information about what data we collect and how we deal with personal data. We do everything to ensure your privacy and are therefore careful with personal data. JAGUMA BV adheres in all cases to applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

Managing advertisements of clients (future employers/principals) containing processed personal data
Based on contractual agreements, the personal data mentioned in the advertisements are processed by JAGUMA. They are placed on the website and on the servers of Digital Ocean. A proper processing agreement is concluded with this partner.
The customers' data are analyzed by JAGUMA itself based on a self-developed algorithm, based on metadata to find the applicants who are best suited for the offered work. All this is done based on the contractual agreements with the customer.
The personal data that the customer shares with JAGUMA are posted online and transmitted to applicant - users. All this is done with the contractual consent of the customer.
Managing and analyzing applicant data
Applicant data is received and stored based on the concluded contract, at least based on the explicit consent of the applicant with the Terms of use. The rights of the applicants determined in the Decree of December 10, 2010, on employment services are respected. Hereby the applicants are warned not to place any sensitive data in their user account. JAGUMA bv is not responsible for personal data that the applicants themselves directly transfer to the candidate - employers. The personal data of the applicants are stored on the servers of Digital Ocean. A proper processing agreement is concluded with this partner.
Applicants' data are analyzed by JAGUMA itself based on an algorithm developed in-house, based on metadata with a view to finding the applicants who are best suited for the work offered. All this is done with the explicit consent of the applicant.
The applicants' data is posted online and transmitted to JAGUMA's clients. This is done with the explicit consent of the applicant - user.
The collection of personal data from visitors to the website for the purpose of optimizing the service and with marketing purposes
The behavior of casual visitors on the website is analyzed using cookies: Hotjar, google analytics, Facebook pixels. Via the cookie bot, explicit permission is obtained from the visitor
The behavior of customers and users and their accounts is analyzed when using the website. This processing is done based on contractual agreements, at least explicit agreement to the terms of use. For more details, JAGUMA refers to the cookie policy.
Direct communication with customers, users and prospects, business partners
Customers, users, and visitors to the website can contact JAGUMA directly via a "Contact Us" button. In doing so, they disclose themselves by providing their first name, last name, and email address. Before forwarding this data, these people give their consent to JAGUMA to keep their personal data and to use it for JAGUMA's legitimate interest in corresponding with them. The people who communicate their contact data to JAGUMA in this way will also be able to give explicit permission to receive future newsletters.
JAGUMA may also communicate directly with Customers, users and visitors and business contacts via email. The emails are stored at Google LLC, with servers in the EU.
When receiving and replying to an email from JAGUMA, these contacts are notified that by communicating personal data via email, this data is stored by JAGUMA and that JAGUMA may also send them newsletters and other commercial messages as part of its legitimate interest.
E-commerce
Customers, users, and visitors to the website receive newsletters from JAGUMA based on contractual agreements and/or explicit consent. They always have the option to unsubscribe from these.
As part of this processing, personal data is analyzed by JAGUMA's partners. This is done with a view to improving services and with the aim of improving JAGUMA's marketing results.
Archiving
Personal data are partially destroyed after they are no longer visible on the website because they have lost their relevance or because the contractually agreed period has expired or because the data subject explicitly requests it. Behavioral data is kept anonymized for trend analysis.
Invoicing
JAGUMA BV is legally obliged to keep the invoicing data of customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
For the above purposes, we may process the following data:

Provision to third parties
The data you provide to JAGUMA, they may provide to third parties if this is necessary for execution of the purposes described above.
For example, we use a third party for:
- storing data - billing - follow-up on e-mail traffic - accountant, insurance - Companies that collect data for marketing purposes - Personal data of the customers is shared with the applicants - Personal data of the applicants is shared with the clients - Developers of the software
With these parties (processors) we obviously make the necessary agreements to ensure the security of your personal data.
Furthermore, we will not pass on the data you provide to third parties unless this is legally required and permitted.
The servers on which the data collected by JAGUMA is stored, are in The Netherlands. The developers with whom JAGUMA collaborates work from Serbia. Serbia has a privacy law that is fully AVG based. In addition, with the developer a processor agreement in which we have strict requirements for the protection of your personal data. The personal data shared with the developers from Serbia is minimal.
Retention period
JAGUMA does not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were provided or as required by law.
Invoice data is kept for 7 years after the end of the last fiscal year in which the last invoice was issued to the customer.
Contact details of customers are kept for an indefinite period in an archive to which these customers can refer at any time based on contractual agreements. The customers can always ask for their data to be deleted. Applicants' data is kept until they ask for it to be deleted. After deletion, their behavioral data is kept anonymous.
Data from prospects or single contacts is kept for 1 year after first contact.
Security of data
We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data of you against unlawful processing, for example, we have taken the following measures.
- All persons who can take knowledge of your data on behalf of JAGUMA bv, are bound to secrecy. - We use a username and password policy on all our systems. - Our systems are protected by a security system. - We make backups of personal data to be able to restore them in case of physical or technical incidents. - We regularly evaluate and evaluate our measures. - Our processors are informed about the importance of protecting personal data.
Your rights concerning your data
You have the right to inspect and to correct or delete personal data that we have received from you. At the top of this privacy statement, you can find how to contact us.
To verify your identity, we ask you to send us a copy of your identity card. We strongly advise you to make your passport photo invisible and to mention that it is a copy.
